Reset Data: The Resets you create, including category, start and end dates, daily commitments, check-in history, and progress data.

Core Evolution Data: Records of Core stage milestones reached during your Resets.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including app settings and feature usage patterns.

Device Data: Basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.

Create and manage your account, including authentication and session management.

Store and display your Reset data, check-in history, and Core evolution progress.

Generate analytics and insights about your consistency and habit-building progress.

Ensure the security and integrity of the Service.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Bolt Database, our backend infrastructure provider. All data is associated with your unique user account and is protected by row-level security policies that prevent other users from accessing your information. Your authentication credentials are managed by Bolt Database Auth and are never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with our service providers (such as Bolt Database) who help us operate the Service, and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are restricted from using your data for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all of your user-owned data — including your profile, Resets, commitments, check-ins, Core evolution events, and Reset history snapshots — is permanently deleted through database cascade behavior. Some data may be retained in backup systems for a limited period in accordance with our data backup practices, but will no longer be accessible through the Service.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access: You can view your data through the Service at any time.

Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen. This action is irreversible.

Export: You may request an export of your data by contacting us.

Correction: You can update your profile information at any time through the Service.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. This includes encrypted data transmission, row-level security policies, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.
